Critiques of Barack Obama's presidential decisions

When I first learned that Barack Obama was president, I started to wonder just what this country would do. Obama promised lucrative tax cuts, universal heathcare, a sense of "change", and the virtual stop of war. Obviously with these many promises, one could be suspicious just how effective his presidency might be.

My first critique of his presidency is the closure of the Guantanemo Bay prison. While many people believed that this prison had unnecessary methods of torture and immoral treatment, What exactly did the terrorists do to get in this prison in the first place? Quite simple. The murder of innocent civilians, the constant threat of terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the death of lots of our U.S. soldiers. Surely shutting down guantanemo is not the way to go. Placing these terrorists in public places, such as state penitentiaries, is a direct threat to national security. Many of these terrorists are not on life sentences, and would end up being released into our homeland. If a rule was set to deport these members back to their respective countries, then perhaps the decision would be less stupid. I sure as hell don't want a terrorist to even have the ability to compromise our security. Another thing that concerns me is that in most prisons inmates find ways, or codes, to communicate with the outside world. Why wouldn't they attempt to connect with suspected terrorists within the country? The patriot act can't stop that (one of the many flaws with the plan). But what the hell, Obama is starting to show his true colors and I look forward to the day when I can say "I told ya so!" Hopefully that day comes in 4 years when the people realize the truth and get his ass out of office.


Another obvious flaw in Mr. Obama's plan is his repealing of the Bush tax-cuts that were previously instituted. Obama promised tax-cuts, but why would you cut pre-existing cuts? If he wants to save the middle class by taking money from the rich, why eliminate the previous tax. More tax cuts=more money. WTF OBAMA????


I could rant on and on about this, but the stimulus package that 'Bama just instated has gotta to be the biggest load of trash i've ever seen. Bush's 775 million dollar stimulus package had little to no affect on the struggling economy. How could Obama's fix this? What a dumb move on his part. Get your head out of your ass and do something productive.


I don't care for ranting, but this had to be said. Nevertheless, realize that I am praying that the man is very succesful in what he does. God Bless the USA.
